Hyper-Annotated Specimens™
Conversant Bio offers a wide variety of human peripheral blood samples from normal donors and from patients with cancer or autoimmune/inflammatory disorders. Some of the most popular peripheral blood products include peripheral blood mononuclear cells, peripheral blood isolated B-Cells, and peripheral blood viable plated cells.
Also offered are a variety of bone marrow samples obtained from both normal and diseased patients. The bone marrow cells can be purified to Bone Marrow Mononuclear Cells (BMMCs) or sold as a prospective fresh collection.
Further more, processed and whole tissue from blood cancer and solid tumor patients are offered. Conversant Bio can target virtually any disease, stage or grade and provide detailed patient annotation. Tissue can be frozen, formalin-fixed & parafin embedded (FFPE), dissociated into single cells, or simply shipped fresh.
Several types of xenograft samples derived from human primary tumors are available. You can choose from tumor cells that were validated to form xenografts, to serially passaged xenograft derived tumor cells, to serially passaged xenograft derived tumors. None of these samples were ever cultured in vitro or genetically modified, and thereby the xenograft samples maintain the properties found in the original patient sample.
Conversant Bio carries a variety of other human bio-specimen products including skin, sputum, urine, and ascites fluid samples. Conversant Bio wants to provide researchers and scientists with whatever human clinical samples they need to conduct their research.*
